Website QA audit
A paid pass over a live website: Scout tests it like a customer, a person reviews the findings, and you get a pack your developer can close.
What this is
A website QA audit is not a marketing score and not a WCAG certificate. It is a ranked list of things that break or scrape a visitor journey — checkout, forms, sign-in, dead links, contrast, keyboard traps — with a URL, a screenshot and a concrete fix.
What Scout checks
- Up to 2,500 sitemap URLs checked over HTTP (status, not a full browser visit)
- Live templates opened in Chromium — desktop and mobile
- Forms, journeys, accessibility and SEO on those templates
- Findings grouped: product/UX, SEO, hardening — same class of break, one job
- A human review so the owner PDF is not fifty automated warnings
What you receive
- Owner PDF — what to fix first
- Developer tickets — URL, severity, evidence, fix
- Screenshots from a real Chromium session
- Scope: what was tested, and what was not
- One free retest within 30 days after you ship fixes
Delivery is within two business days of confirmed payment. You get an invoice after we confirm we can reach the site (Wise, bank or PayPal). No subscription.
Price
$199 per website. An extra retest after the included window is $79. Five sites for an agency is $749.
If we cannot complete a genuine full audit on our side — a wall, a thin sample, or we miss delivery — you get $199 back. Login-only areas without credentials stay untested; that is still a complete public audit, not a refund. Refund terms. We do not publish packs from paid customer audits.
