Case
We ran Scout on this site
Same engine as a paid audit. This is the 6 September 2026 pack of scoutassurance.com — the only public sample. We do not publish reports from sites that paid for an audit.
Scope
Chromium opened four templates: home, /report/, /website-qa-audit/, and this page. Sitemap HTTP checked four of four listed locs (all 200). Cap in this run was 30 Chromium templates; the site simply does not have that many. Scout still labelled the pack thin — fewer than five templates. That is the same cover a customer would see.
Sitemap HTTP cap for a paid job is 2,500 URLs. This origin listed four. Chromium is templates, not “every URL in a browser”.
What passed
- Pages 7/7, links 7/7, SEO 1/1, headers 3/3
- Accessibility 7/7 — including axe and keyboard on home, /report/, and /cases/scout/
- The old 4.31:1 contrast ticket on /report/ is gone. That page is the ice pack template now. Axe no longer flags
a[href="/"].
Human pass — dropped from the public report
Machine pack still carries visual diffs vs an old Chamber baseline (redesign, not a product bug) and a CSP hardening note. A stale recorder row about a placeholder phone on scout-api.win was marked false positive — that hostname is not this homepage.
Published tickets on the sample report were the homepage JS shell and an empty 404 — closed this pass. CSP stays a hardening note.
Why publish this
Paid customer packs stay private. The visual sample of the pack is /report/ — Scout on Scout after a human pass.
