Terms and refund
One audit, $199. If we cannot complete it on our side, you get the money back.
The service
You buy a website QA audit of one live site: an outside crawl, a human review, an owner PDF, developer tickets, and one retest within 30 days after you ship fixes. Delivery is within two business days of confirmed payment. There is no subscription.
The free demo on the homepage is a short live proof that we opened a URL. It is not the audit and it is not a sample of ticket quality.
How you order
- Email the live URL (and test credentials only if you want logged-in paths).
- We confirm we can reach a public surface worth auditing.
- We send a $199 invoice (Wise, bank transfer, or PayPal).
- Work starts when payment lands.
Login-only areas stay untested if you do not give a non-production account. That is still a complete audit of what we were allowed to see — not a refund.
Refund — if we cannot complete the audit
You get a full $199 refund if, on our side, we cannot deliver a genuine full audit. That includes:
- a bot wall, CAPTCHA wall, or thin sample we cannot get past after we took payment
- our infrastructure failing the crawl or the human pass
- we miss the two-business-day delivery window and you ask to cancel
If we already billed you and then we cannot finish, we refund. We do not keep a “partial crawl” fee. You should not pay for a wall.
What is not a refund
- You dislike the findings, or the public site held and the report is thin
- The site goes down, changes URL, or blocks us after work started, on your side
- You wanted logged-in or checkout paths and did not send credentials
- You already received the pack — the included retest is the remedy for fixes
An extra retest after the 30-day window is $79. Five sites for an agency is $749 — same refund rule per site we cannot complete.
